
Our design process starts with 3D3S modeling to accurately calculate the stress on steel and membrane structures under various loads. We strategically arrange the steel framework and connections, leveraging our extensive experience in membrane structures and tensile roofs. Using CAD/SketchUp and Easy software, we refine steel and membrane drawings. Laser CNC cutting processes steel pipes and plates, with 3D positioning measured by a total station. We produce and assemble steel structures 1:1 based on client data, ensuring precise manufacturing.
